1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mariachi De Cajón, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have reviewed these terms with a parent or guardian and have their permission to use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mariachi De Cajón is an educational platform providing music transcriptions, rehearsal tools, and solfège exercises. Some content is available for free, while full access to our digital library requires an auto-renewable subscription.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Account Settings at any time.
Refunds: All billing and refund requests are handled exclusively by the respective App Store (Apple or Google). Mariachi De Cajón does not have the authority to issue refunds directly for in-app purchases.
4. Intellectual Property
All transcriptions, scores, educational materials, and original app content are the property of Mariachi De Cajón or its licensors.
Limited License: Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast the musical scores or audio files provided within the app without express written authorization. Reverse-engineering the application or attempting to extract source code or proprietary data is strictly prohibited.
5. User Accounts & Deletion
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Deletion: As required by platform policies, users may delete their account and all associated data at any time via the “Profile” or “Settings” section of the app. If the app has been uninstalled, a deletion request can be submitted via our Privacy Policy page.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
“As Is” Basis: Mariachi De Cajón is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mariachi De Cajón shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
