  • Subscription & Transaction Data: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat collects transaction history and a unique User ID to verify your access to premium features.

     

     

  • App Diagnostics & Crash Data: Through Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring, we collect logs and performance data to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Device Identifiers: We use unique device IDs (such as Android ID or iOS UDID) to track app instances and maintain personalized rehearsal settings.

3. How Data is Handled

  • Encryption: All data collected is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (SSL/TLS).

  • Third-Party Services: We utilize Google Firebase for backend services (authentication/analytics) and RevenueCat for subscription management. These providers act as data processors on our behalf.

  • Retention: We retain personal data only as long as your account is active. Subscription records are retained as required by financial regulations and to facilitate purchase restoration.

4. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data at any time.

  • In-App Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data directly within the Settings or Profile section of the mobile app.

  • Web Deletion Request: As required by Google Play policy, if you have uninstalled the app, you may request account and data deletion by visiting our dedicated request page: https://mariachidecajon.com/privacy-policy/ and using the contact information below.

  • Processing Time: Once a request is received, we will purge your Firebase record and RevenueCat user profile within 30 days.

5. Subscriptions & Payment Processing

Mariachi De Cajón offers auto-renewable subscriptions for full access to our digital library.

  • Payment Handling: All in-app subscription payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

  • Refunds: Refunds for in-app purchases are handled according to the respective policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Users should contact the respective store support for refund requests.

6. Fulfillment & Refunds (Web Shop)

  • Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital scores on our website are final once accessed.

  • Physical Prints: Refund requests for items damaged in transit will be handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of receipt.
